摘    要:目前,中国石油、石化两大集团竞争策略都采用了价格策略,表现在降价销售成品油和收购加油站、油库。这种策略在开拓新的市场方面有一定的作用,但也导致无效投入增加,回报减少。这种策略削弱了双方的竞争优势,与国际上“竞合”趋势不一致。本文建议两大集团变价格竞争策略为竞合策略,建立起一种“双赢”的合作模式,这样将更加有益于双方的共同发展和长远利益。

Abstract:Currently, the strategy of both CNPC and SINOPEC is price wars, which manifests in cutting the prices of the finished oil and purchasing gas stations and gas storages. This kind of strategy has some merits in developing new markets; however, meanwhile it leads to increase in non-efficient investments and decreases in returns. This strategy aims at cutting each other's competitive edge, which is not consistent with the international trends of competition and development. Suggestion here is that the two groups should adopt a strategy of development through competition, but not competition through price wars. A win-win competitive strategy would be more preferable and beneficial when it comes to long-term interests and development of the two groups.
