未来中国聚氯乙烯生产原料来源分析

Analysis on the sources of raw materials for the domestic production of PVC in the future

Methods for the production of ethylene from petroleum,acetylene from calcium carbide,acetylene from natural gas,ethylene from synthesis gas were introduced.The processes for the production of ethanol from grain,fiber and semifiber materials,discharge slags from the processing of agricultural products,industrial wastes and etc.were illustrated as well as the processes for the production of ethylene by the dehydration of ethanol.It was pointed out that the domestic production capacity of PVC was in the rapid growth period,but the natural resources of raw materials for the production of PVC were nearly depleted.The raw materials should be selected according to the local conditions to bring the regional advantages into full play.Variety in sources would be the feature of the raw materials for the domestic PVC production in the future.Fully depending on the renewable resources was the basis assurance to realize the sustainable development of PVC industry.
