摘    要:在CSP生产线上,摆剪传动齿轮箱高速轴轴承故障时有发生,轴承工作游隙不足是导致故障的根本原因。为了满足轴承刚度和游隙的双重需要,通过对高速轴的受力分析和计算,得出了某型号摆剪所用圆锥滚子轴承合理的预紧力大小范围。通过调整端盖垫片的厚度,解决了轴颈尺寸超公差情况下,轴承预紧过度的问题。

Abstract:Failures of high-speed shaft bearings of pendulum shear gear-box were occurred frequently in CSP line.The insufficient work of bearing clearance was the key reason of the failure.In order to meet the dual needs of bearing stiffness and clearance,a reasonable range of tapered roller bearing preload used by a type of pendulum shear was obtained by analyzing and calculating the force of high-speed shaft.The problem of excessive bearing preload was solved under the condition of journal dimensions ultra-tolerance by adjusting the thickness of cover gasket.
