隔震橡胶支座预偏装置设计及应用

摘    要:支座的安装是桥梁施工中的重要环节,如何保证支座安装后在设计合拢温度时不发生偏位,以港珠澳项目钢箱梁支座的安装为例,一种全新的隔震橡胶支座预偏装置在项目中得到应用。该装置的优点是结构小,重量轻,精度高及适用性强,不需要外部结构作为反力支撑,支座本身自成反力,具有操作方便,对桥梁和支座都没有损伤等优点。

Abstract:The installation of the support is an important link in bridge construction. How to ensure that no deviation occurs during the design of the closing temperature after the installation of the support? Taking the installation of the steel box beam support in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao project as an example, a new vibration isolation rubber support pre-deflection device has been applied in the project. The advantages of the device are small structure, light weight, high precision and strong applicability, no need for external structure as a reaction support, the support itself is a reaction, with easy operation, no damage to the bridge and the support and other advantages.
