简易二重式袖阀管注浆法在良庆大桥基坑施工中的应用

结合南宁市良庆大桥南北锚碇基坑工程的现场实际情况,针对传统袖阀管注浆法在岩溶发育地区止水帷幕施工中存在的问题,提出了简易二重式袖阀管注浆的工法。文中研究了简易二重式袖阀管注浆法的施工工艺和操作要点以及成效。该工法适用于临近江河、岩溶发育地区的深基坑工程开挖施工,可有效提升成孔注浆的效率,解决了裂隙发育地区因浆液随裂隙流失过快,造成单孔注浆量过大和难以注满的问题,达到理想的封水效果。它为岩溶发育地区深基坑止水问题提供了借鉴,具有重要的推广价值。

Application of simplified double sleeve valve pipe grouting method in the foundation pit construction of Liangqing Bridge

Based on the on-site conditions of the north and south anchor pit engineering of Liangqing Bridge in Nanning City, and taking into account the problems encountered in the construction of water-stop curtain using traditional sleeve valve pipe grouting method in karst areas, a simplified double sleeve valve pipe grouting method is proposed in this study. The construction process, operational key points, and effectiveness of the simplified double sleeve valve pipe grouting method are investigated. This method is suitable for deep foundation pit excavation in proximity to rivers and karst areas. It effectively improves the efficiency of hole grouting, solves the problem of excessive grouting volume and difficulty in filling the cracks due to rapid loss of grout through the fissures in the karst areas, and achieves the desired water-sealing effect. It provides valuable insights for water-stop measures in deep foundation pits in karst areas and holds significant potential for wider application.
