摘    要:传统的桥梁伸缩装置无竖向、扭转等多向变位功能,无法满足桥梁服役过程中多向变位的需求。预应力式多向变位伸缩装置是针对传统伸缩装置存在的不足,而研发的新一代桥梁伸缩装置,该装置通过多向变位系统将梳齿钢板柔性锚固在梁体上,满足梁端竖向、横向、斜向等多向变位需要,具有结构设计合理,经久耐用,行车平稳,防噪音、防水性能良好的特点,解决了因传统伸缩装置无法满足桥梁多向变位的需求而导致频繁损坏的难题。

Abstract:The traditional bridge expansion device has no vertical, torsion and other multi-directional displacement functions, which can not meet the needs of multi-directional displacement in the process of bridge service. The prestressed multi-direction displacement expansion device is a new generation of bridge expansion device developed for the shortcomings of the traditional expansion device. The device is flexible anchored on the beam body through the multi-direction displacement system to meet the vertical, transverse, oblique and other multi-direction displacement needs of the beam end. It has the characteristics of reasonable structural design, durable, stable driving, anti-noise and waterproof performance The problem of frequent damage is solved because the traditional expansion device cannot meet the needs of multi-directional displacement of the bridge.
