摘    要:文章介绍了宁波大榭二桥桥面吊机的系统组成,并在桥面吊机的设计过程中,采用ANSYS有限元软件模拟分析桥面吊机吊装过程中钢桁架受力情况。分析结果表明,该桥面吊机的钢桁架的应力、变形和稳定性满足相关规范的要求。结果表明,通过ANSYS有限元分析,能够简单快速的计算出桥面吊机的受力状态,有利于验算结构的稳定性和安全性,并对结构进行优化设计,对指导实际工程有着重要的意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces the system composition of the deck crane of Ningbo Daxie No. 2 Bridge. In the design process of the deck crane, ANSYS finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the loading condition of the steel truss in the process of the deck crane. The analysis results show that the stress, deformation and stability of the steel truss of the bridge floor crane meet the requirements of the relevant specifications. The results show that ANSYS finite element analysis can simply and quickly calculate the stress state of the bridge deck crane, which is conducive to checking the stability and safety of the structure, and optimizing the structure design, which has important significance for guiding the practical project.
