预应力智能张拉系统研究及其工程应用

摘    要:本文在简述中国预应力智能张拉系统研究及应用进展的基础上,介绍了典型预应力智能张拉系统的组成,应用领域主要包括应用于后张梁、先张梁、地锚索和钢绞线等张法张拉等,然后概述了基于磁通量技术的预应力束张拉后的有效预应力测量方法,最后描述了智能张拉系统及有效预应力测量方法的工程应用。采用文中的预应力智能张拉系统,可按照预设程序,科学、规范地对预应力束实行张拉施工、数据记录和施工管理,减少人工干预因素的影响,能有效地保证预应力张拉施工质量。

Abstract:On the basis of the brief introduction of the research and application of intelligent prestressed tension system in China, this paper introduces the composition of typical intelligent prestressed tension system, which mainly includes the application of post-tensioned beam, pre-tensioned beam, ground anchor cable and steel strand, etc. Then it Outlines the effective prestress measurement method based on magnetic flux technology, and finally describes the intelligent tension system Engineering application of unified and effective prestress measurement methods. Using the prestressed intelligent tensioning system in this paper, the tensioning construction, data recording and construction management of the prestressed beam can be carried out scientifically and normatively according to the preset program, the influence of manual intervention factors can be reduced, and the quality of prestressed tensioning construction can be effectively guaranteed.
