分流集流阀应用于大跨度、多点同步顶升和落梁技术研究

摘    要:目前,桥梁施工技术在不断的创新、改变,计算机控制的液压同步顶升、落梁技术已经很成熟的运用于桥梁的整体施工。而桥梁的整体顶升和落梁的同步性要求非常高,特别对大跨度、大吨位、多点控制的同步性要求更高,普通阀块难以保证同步精度,设置独立的比例阀控制虽能保证其精度但成本十分高昂。这样找到一种适合于桥梁多点(一般大于2点)同步升降、经济实用的同步控制技术就显得十分关键。本文以东营黄大铁路特大桥为例,研究液压顶升和落梁技术应用分流集流阀(又称同步阀)解决大跨度、多点控制不同步问题。理论分析和实践证明,分流集流阀技术经济实用,完全满足桥梁同步顶升和落梁精度,它是一项具有良好应用前景的新技术,对类似桥梁施工提供有益的思路。

Abstract:Currently, bridge construction technology is continuously innovating and changing. Computer-controlled hydraulic synchronous lifting and placement technology has been widely utilized in the overall construction of bridges. However, the synchronization requirements for the overall lifting and placement of bridges are very high, especially for large spans, high tonnage, and multi-point control. Ordinary valve blocks struggle to ensure synchronization accuracy, and setting up independent proportional valves can guarantee accuracy but at a significantly high cost. Therefore, finding a suitable and cost-effective synchronization control technology for multi-point (generally more than two points) lifting and placement of bridges is crucial. This study takes the Dongying Huangda Railway Special Bridge as an example, and explores the application of diversion and collecting valves (also known as synchronous valves) in hydraulic lifting and placement technology to address synchronization issues in large spans and multi-point control. Theoretical analysis and practical evidence demonstrate that diversion and collecting valve technology is economically practical and fully satisfies the synchronization accuracy of bridge lifting and placement. It is a promising new technology with beneficial implications for similar bridge construction projects.
