基于光纤光栅的预应力碳纤维板实桥加固荷载试验研究

摘    要:为了研究光纤光栅预应力碳纤维板在实桥加固工程中的应用以及其与混凝土之间的工作机理,以山东省境内某座连续梁桥为工程实例,采用现场加固、荷载试验和有限元分析的方法,对其进行加固前后的荷载试验,并进行加固前后试验结果对比,结果表明,光纤光栅预应力碳纤维板与混凝土梁协同工作能力良好,对提升桥梁的承载力具有显著的效果。

Abstract:In order to study the application of fiber Bragg grating prestressed carbon fiber sheets in actual bridge reinforcement projects and their working mechanism with concrete, a continuous beam bridge in Shandong Province was taken as an engineering example. Using on-site reinforcement, load testing, and finite element analysis methods, load tests were carried out before and after reinforcement, and the test results before and after reinforcement were compared. The results show that the cooperative working ability of fiber Bragg grating prestressed carbon fiber sheets and concrete beams is good, and it has a significant effect on improving the bearing capacity of bridges.
