充浆式止浆器的研究和应用

南宁五象新区核心区商务街基坑(边坡)支护工程使用的锚索止浆器具有止浆孔径大、止浆压力高等特点,造成止浆器与锚索体连接困难,现有的锚索止浆器结构难以满足该工程的要求,为确保工程能顺利实施,根据该工程的特点,设计了一种充浆式止浆器。并通过试验对其性能进行了验证,能够解决该工程的技术难题,可在工程上大批量推广使用。

Research and Application of Grouting Stopper

The anchor cable grouting stopper used in the foundation pit (slope) support project of the core business street in Wuxiang New District, Nanning, has the characteristics of large grouting hole diameter and high grouting pressure, which makes it difficult to connect the stopper with the anchor cable body. The existing anchor cable grouting stopper structure is difficult to meet the requirements of this project. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, a grouting stopper was designed according to the characteristics of this project. Its performance was verified through experiments, which can solve the technical problems of this project and can be widely used in engineering.
