FAST工程索网主索疲劳性能研究

摘    要:为研制出能够满足FAST工程要求的高耐疲劳性能主索,对索网主索的疲劳性能进行创新性研究,并通过拉索疲劳试验验证主索原材料、锚具结构、索体结构及关键制造工艺的创新性设计与改进,实验结果证实,改进创新后的索网主索能够承受的最高疲劳应力幅可达500MPa,满足了FAST工程的高耐疲劳性能要求。

Abstract:In order to develop the main cable with high fatigue resistance that can meet the requirements of the FAST project, the fatigue performance of the main cable of the cable network was innovated, and the innovative design and improvement of the raw material, anchor structure, cable body structure and key manufacturing process were verified through the fatigue test. The experimental results confirmed that the maximum fatigue stress range of the improved and innovative main cable of the cable network could withstand could reach 50 0MPa, which meets the requirements of high fatigue resistance of FAST project.
