国家天文台FAST反射面支撑索网安装环向缆吊支腿设计与应用

摘    要:国家天文台FAST工程主动反射面采用大型索类结构,主动反射面主要由6670根拉索、2225个节点和2225根下拉索组成。因受复杂地形的制约,本工程的主动反射面索网安装采用可以随索网安装而不断移动的施工索道。施工索道上端锚固在圈梁移动台车上,下端锚固在环向缆吊支腿上。在施工期间,施工索道作用在环向缆吊支腿上的载荷较大,而且大量施工人员在施工索道上作业,环向缆吊支腿的稳定性至关重要,同时还要考虑将交叉作业的影响范围降至最小。故本文针对施工索道的下端环向缆吊支腿进行设计和计算分析

Abstract:The active reflector of the FAST project at the National Astronomical Observatory adopts a large cable structure, which is mainly composed of 6670 cables, 2225 nodes, and 2225 lower cables. Due to the constraints of complex terrain, the installation of the active reflective surface cable network in this project adopts a construction cableway that can continuously move with the installation of the cable network. The upper end of the construction cableway is anchored on the ring beam mobile trolley, and the lower end is anchored on the ring cable suspension leg. During the construction period, the load acting on the support legs of the circumferential cable crane by the construction cableway is relatively large, and a large number of construction personnel are working on the construction cableway. The stability of the support legs of the circumferential cable crane is crucial, while also considering minimizing the impact range of cross operations. Therefore, this article focuses on the design and calculation analysis of the lower ring cable suspension support leg of the construction cableway
