摘    要:介绍利用同步液压控制系统技术实现大吨位钢结构模块整体提升、滑移安装工艺,论述液压提升控制原理,并重点阐述安装工艺的关键设计方法、施工要点。工程实践表明:使用液压同步控制系统技术成功对大吨位钢结构模块整体提升、滑移一次到位,提高了施工进度和工程质量,取得了显著的技术经济效果。总结安装工艺在施工实践过程中需改进和注意的方面,为同类大吨位整体安装工程提供可借鉴的实例。

Abstract:Introducing the use of synchronous hydraulic control system technology to achieve the overall lifting and sliding installation process of large tonnage steel structure modules, discussing the principle of hydraulic lifting control, and focusing on the key design methods and construction points of the installation process. Engineering practice has shown that the successful use of hydraulic synchronous control system technology for the overall lifting and sliding of large tonnage steel structure modules in one go has improved construction progress and engineering quality, achieving significant technical and economic benefits. Summarizing the aspects that need to be improved and paid attention to in the construction practice of the installation process, providing a reference for similar large tonnage overall installation projects.
