乳胶基质数学微观模型导热分析

摘    要:乳胶基质是一种介于固体和液体之间的特殊黏弹流体,具有黏度高、导热系数低等特点。本文首次对乳胶基质导热进行电镜扫描及微观数学模型分析,发现在它的内部有一定量的空穴存在,在有温度梯度的情况下,其导热主要依靠分子振动,由于高分子化合物交联分子链的束缚作用,其振动的幅度很小,这是乳胶基质不易传热的内在原因,而且振动频率和温度有关,温度高时振动频率大,导热系数增加使热传递能提高,而当温度持续下降时,分子的振动频率也随之下降,而当温度下降到某个区间,分子的振动频率很小,即使温度继续下降其振动频率改变很小甚至不再改变。
