摘    要:针对汽车散热器主片技术和工艺要求,不断完善和优化冲压工艺和模具结构,通过对原模具生产的产品质量的研究,提出了更加合理的冲压工艺与模具设计方案。

Abstract:The main slices technology and technological requirements for an automobile radiator were analyzed and the stamping process and die structure were improved and optimized.After study on the products quality made by previous dies,a better stamping process and die design scheme were proposed.
