| 摘 要： | 给出"联盟整体"的概念,同时结合概率论的相关知识提出联盟管理的"可靠度"理论.在"可靠度"理论的指导下,得出对于联盟整体而言,并-串联式的组织结构优于串-并联式的组织结构的结论.指出战略联盟组织结构优化对我国企业的意义.

| Abstract: | This article presents the concept of whole alliance. Based on probability theory, reliability theory is established for the management of the alliance. It is concluded that series-parallel structure is better than parallel-series structure for the whole alliance. |
