摘    要:按照牵引传动中对大功率、低开关频率的要求,分析了三电平逆变器低速时采用恒开关频率异步调制,高速时采用多脉冲同步调制的原理及实现策略,理论分析了适用于高速动车组变频调速控制的开关多脉冲组合模式,并推导出对应的实现算法.应用FPGA控制器和dSPACE半实物仿真平台,完成了上述各种调制模式的仿真实验,其结果证实了这种控制算法的有效性,并表明基于dSPACE的半实物仿真平台是一种功能强大、操作便捷的测试工具.

Abstract:This paper describes the asynchronous and synchronous SVPWM techniques for three level voltage source in-verters.The objective is to give good output waveform of the inverters used in high power applications such as electric multiple units,where switching frequency is very low.The PWM method for its applications is analyzed in theory and cor-responding algorithms are proposed.Based on hardware-in-loop(HIL) platform,which is composed of FPGA and dSPACE modular system,experiments are implemented and the results verify the validity of this research,and function of dSPACE system is proved to be powerful,and convenient to operate.
