| Abstract: | When the world focus on the "low carbon" economy and life, the planners should seriously consider that how to put the "low carbon" into the urban planning. In this article, the author bases on the above background, starts from current situation of low carbon urban planning, and put forward the low carbon planning suggestions from three aspects of land use, urban traffic, and industrial structure. |
