| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育的蓬勃发展,高职院校的新教师面临着前所未有的压力,这种压力给新教师带来了工作和生活两个方面心理困扰。文章对造成高职院校新教师心理困扰的原因进行了现实性的分析,并提出了相应的对策。
