摘    要:利用铅试样在实验室轧机上对重轨万能轧制进行模拟,改变来料尺寸、辊缝等轧制条件,得出不同的结果,进而研究在万能孔型中轧件的变形规律,特别是不同因素对重轨万能轧制中腿部尺寸的影响.

Abstract:Universal rolling heavy rail was simulated in laboratory with lead samples via changing the incoming slab sizes,roll gaps and other rolling conditions.The different results were obtained and the deformation law of the rolled pieces was studied.The factors that influene the leg size of the heavy rail during universal rolling were analyzed.
