| 摘 要： | 现代企业的竞争已经是供应链和供应链之间的竞争,企业在进行供应链整合时,物流业务外包的实施和评价是重要一步,物流外包商的选择和评价是外包中的重要一环,这里从企业战略和战术层面出发,从利和弊两方面进行分析,简述了一种物流外包决策的新方法。
