有效能法合成具有热集成的多组份精馏系统的最佳序列

摘    要:本文运用热力学有效能方法对精馏系统进行了有效能流动的分析和计算,并在此基础上通过对多组份精馏系统作理想化假设的最小有效能损失的计算和实际的最小有效能损失计算,提出用有效能方法合成具育热集成的多组份精馏系统最佳序列完整的计算方法,以苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯和丙苯物系分离为例考核了计算方法,获得了满意的结果。


An O Ptimal Sequence of Heat-integrated Multi-component Distillation System Synthesis with Available Energy Method
Abstract:This paper ProPoses a thermodynamic method of availability analysis and evaluation for flow system or multicomponent distillation on the basis of this analysis, We calculate the minimum available energy losses based on an idealized and hypothetical heat integration, and then the actual mininlum available energy losses, by Which, a systematic synthesis method for the design of an optimal heat—integrated multicomponent distillation system is ProPosed.Program for thermodynamic evaluaticn of multieomponent distillation system synthesis was developed, being successfully applied on the optimal sequence selection with minimum available energy losses of aromatics(tolulene, benzene, xylene, ethyl-benzene, and cymene)separation.
