摘    要:为了客观地评价彩色图像的编码质量.首先将彩色图像的RGB颜色模式转化成YUV颜色模式;然后在YUV颜色空间中采用图像的三构件模型.并以模糊测度和模糊积分为工具,给出了一种客观评价彩色图像编码质量的新方法.实验结果表明.该方法和人的主观评价方法MOS的相关系数为0.92.大大高于常用的峰值信噪比和MOS的相关系数0.69.

Abstract:In order to assess the coding qualities of color image objectively, based on the YUV color model and the image three-component model, a new objective assessment approach of coding qualities of color images is proposed. Fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral are the main mathematical tools employed in the approach. Experiments show that the correlation coefficient between the proposed approach and the human subjective assessment mean opinion score (MOS) is 0.92, much higher than 0.69, the correlation coefficient of conventional PSNR with MOS.
