常减压蒸馏装置常顶油气系统的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:2002年底,中国石化股份有限公司安庆分公司炼油一部对常减压装置进行了扩能技术改造(由3Mt/a提升至4Mt/a),其中电脱盐系统在利用原四个脱盐罐的基础上对罐内构件进行改造;常压塔、常顶油气系统管线设计改造全部更新,常顶冷却系统增加两台空冷103/5,6。但装置运行不久,常顶油气系统便发生了严重腐蚀。文章对有关腐蚀情况、腐蚀原因和机理以及防腐蚀对策进行了讨论。

Abstract:In late 2002, the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in the refinery of Anqing Petrochemical Company/SINOPEC was expanded from 3.0 Mt/yr to 4.0 Mt/yr. The internals of four existing desalting drums were revamped, the piping system for the atmospheric tower and overhead oil vapor system of the atmospheric tower were replaced and two additional air coolers (103/5,6 were installed. Shortly after the restart of the unit, a serious corrosion was found in the overhead oil vapor system of the atmospheric tower. The corrosion conditions, causes and mechanisms as well as counter-measures are discussed.
