| 摘 要： | 针对上浆中常出现的浆液增稠现象,指出浆纱油剂中的乳化剂也会对此有不同程度的影响.研究表明:在试验所选用的乳化剂中,不同种类乳化剂对于同一种浆料的粘度有不同的影响,同一种乳化剂对于不同种类浆料的粘度也有不同的影响.其中,AEO-3对除阳离子淀粉、羧甲基淀粉、PVA-1788浆料之外其他多数浆料有增稠作用;乳百灵对除原淀粉、PVA-205MB和PVA-1788之外其他浆料均有不同程度增稠作用;较易引起浆料增稠的乳化剂对PVA-205MB和PVA-1788浆料基本不增稠.

| Abstract: | According to size thickener in sizing process, emulsifier in sizing finishing oil has different influence on size thickener was pointed out. The test result shows that different kinds of emulsifier has different influences on viscosity of identical size mixture, and identical emulsifier has different influence on viscosity of different kinds of size mixture. AEO-3 has thickener function to most of size mixture except cationie starch, carboxymethyl starch and PVA-1788. Rubailing has different thickener function in other size mixture except raw starch, PVA-205MB and PVA-1788. Emulsifier which has better thickener property in size mixture has no thickener function in PVA-205MB and PVA-1788. |
