聚合物凝胶堵漏技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了近年来国内外聚合物堵漏材料的研究应用及发展状况,聚合物凝胶堵漏的施工工艺以及聚合物凝胶为主的堵漏材料的各种实验评价手段。经分析对比发现:采用不同装置评价得到的聚合物凝胶堵漏性能差异很大,聚合物堵漏材料堵漏技术的施工工艺严重影响聚合物凝胶堵漏的成败,施工前要分析井漏发生的原因,确定漏层位置、类型及漏失严重程度,建立科学的施工设计,精心施工,堵漏浆液的配制必须按要求保质保量,确保聚合物堵漏剂能够进入漏层,发挥功效。虽然聚合物凝胶堵漏技术处理井漏已获得一些成功,但仍然没有根本解决裂缝性、溶洞性地层严重井漏问题,其堵漏机理的研究还处于初步阶段,还没有形成统一的标准,聚合物堵漏技术的机理研究还需进行大量的工作。

Abstract:This paper introduces the research and application of gelling polymer lost circulation materials (LCM), the operation techniques of using gelling polymer LCM and the laboratory evaluation methods for testing the gelling polymer LCM, both in China and abroad. It is shown that evaluating these LCM using different equipment gives quite different results. The techniques used are the key in the success of the sealing operation. The causes of the mud losses should be analyzed carefully to locate accurately the mud loss zones, the types of mud losses, and the rate of mud losses before the sealing job. A detailed scheme for the sealing job should be designed for a successful job. The making of the sealing mud (pills) should have enough LCM in it, based on the designed formulation coming from experiments, and the LCM must go into the loss zones in order to work properly and effectively. Gelling polymers, although work in some cases, still remain unsuccessful in sealing fractures, karst caves, to which mud losses are frequently quite severe. The research on the working mechanism of gelling polymer LCM is still in its preliminary stage. No standards on this job are established, and much more researches are yet to be done.
