| Abstract: | We describe in this paper the formation of liquid inclusion induced light scatter in potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystal and deuterated potassium dihydrogen phosphate (DKDP) crystals. The measurement has been done with an atomic force microscope (AFM). The mechanism of formation of liquid inclusion scatter has been proposed and the effect of super-saturation discussed. |
