| 摘 要： | 应用环境工程社会影响评价、环境行为控制论、环境工程社会学等环境、人文社会科学的理论、方法和技术,对怒江水电开发与生态保护进行思考.怒江生态保护战略应注重心理矫治、行为重塑、群体关系协调等,重视水伦理、水文化的培育与建设,利用"人文环保"为生态规划和环境工程创造良好的社会环境、金融支持和动力机制.

| Abstract: | Many theories, tools and techniques of environmental psychology, environmental cybemetics, environmental engineering sociology etc are applied into ecologoical protection stratagem. Ecological protection stratagem emphasize mental rectification, beharior remodel, ethic cultivation and culture construction, which make humane environmental protection establish fine society enviroment, financial support and drive mechanism in ecological planning and enviromental projects. |
