半轴套管锻造及深孔挤压复合工艺数值模拟

摘    要:介绍了一种半轴套管锻造及深孔挤压复合工艺,该工艺分别在离合器式高能螺旋压力机和液压机上进行锻造和深孔挤压成形.用Deform-3D模拟软件对锻造及深孔挤压复合工艺成形过程进行了三维有限元分析,模拟结果表明,半轴套管锻造及深孔挤压复合工艺过程设计合理,工件能够良好成形.

Abstract:The forging and deep extrusion compound process for axle shaft tube was introduced, and the process was applied to the high-energy screw press and hydraulic press respectively. The 3D FEM analysis for this process was taken by using the Deform-3D. The simulation result indicates that the process is reasonable and the axle shaft tube can be formed perfectly.
