刹车压力/力矩效应的研究

摘    要:概述了刹车材料的摩擦特性;介绍了程控MM1000摩擦试验机的使用效果;着重地研究了铁基、铜基、铁铜混合基粉末冶金摩擦材料和炭/炭复合刹车材料的刹车压力/力矩效应,表面允许吸收功率,以及滑动速度/力矩效应等。提出和分析了压力/力矩效应及其失效后的几种现象。试验结果表明,刹车压力/力矩效应的表面允许吸收功率可作为评价刹车材料的一个重要指标

Abstract:The frictional behaviors of brake materials are summarized and the application results of a program controlled MM 1000 friction test machine are introduced, with the emphasis on the effects of brake pressure/torque and slide speed/torque and the surface adsorption power of iron base, copper base, and iron and copper base powder metallurgical brake materials and carbon carbon composite material. The authors analyse some phenomena occuring after the effect of brake pressure/torque and the torque effect disappear, concluding that the effect of brake pressure/torque and the surface absorption power are the most important indexes for evaluating brake materials.
