德兴铜矿大型选矿厂选矿技术的研究和应用

摘    要:德兴铜矿是世界级特大型斑岩铜矿。在其发展建设过程中, 成功地解决了工艺、药剂、设备等一系列关键技术问题, 使选矿技术指标由发展前的铜精矿品位10 %~14%、回收率78%, 提高到现在的铜精矿品位24%、回收率84 %, 由单一的铜精矿产品转变为铜、金、银、硫、钼的综合回收。先进技术的应用, 使生产成本进一步降低。

Abstract:Dexing Copper Mine is an especially large porphyry copper mine in the world.During its development and construction, it has successfully solved a series of key technical problems of technology, reagent and equipment, thus increasing copper concentrate grade from 10 %~14 % before its development to 24 % at present and copper recovery from 78 % before its development to 84 % at present, and turning single recovery of copper to comprehensive recovery of copper, gold, silver, sulfur and moly bdenum.Further reduction in production cost has been achieved by application of the advanced technology.
