攀枝花选矿厂选铁新工艺工业试验研究

摘    要:采用粗磨抛尾—粗精矿筛分选铁新工艺,使攀枝花选矿厂球磨机生产能力首次达到107t/h的设计指标,与原有流程相比,处理量提高20%。新工艺流程提高球磨机台时处理量、铁精矿品位和回收率等选矿指标的主要原因,在于大幅度降低了所需要的入选磨矿粒度和新生-0074mm粒级含量,尽早丢弃粗粒尾矿;大幅度了提高分级效率;减少了铁矿物过磨,从而降低了微细粒铁矿物在尾矿中的损失。

Abstract:Using a new iron concentration process consisting of discarding tailing by rough grinding and screening of rough concentrate, the Panzhihua Concentration Plant reached the designed ball milling capacity of 107 t/h for the 1st time. Comparad with its original flowsheet, the new flowsheet can increase its capacity by 20%. The ability of the new flowsheet to improve the ball milling capacity, iron concentrate grade and recovery is attributed mainly to a great reduction in the particle size of feed and the content of newly formed -0.074 mm fraction to discard coarse tailings as soon as possible, a great increase in sizing efficiency and a reduction in overgrinding of iron minerals, reducing loss in extremely fine iron minerals to tailings.
