妈湾电厂1#发电机励磁调节器与备励相互切换问题的分析与解决

摘    要:妈湾电厂1^#发电机励磁系统由AC、DC两个通道组成,还配有备励通道。AC、DC两个通道可以互相切换,AC通道与备励通道可以互相切换,但DC通道与备励通道不能相互切换。投产初期试图切换,结果造成发电机转子电压、转子电流、定子电流、无功功率剧烈摆动。经过详细理论分析,对现场安装接线实行改造后,成功解决了不能切换问题。实践证明,改造后DC通道与备励通道可以可靠切换,并在2^#、3^#、4^#机上推广应用。

Abstract:Excitation system of generator unit 1 in Mawan power station is composed of AC and DC control channel and also equipped a manual backup control channel. AC and DC control channel can switch over each other, AC control channel and Manual backup control channel can switch over each other , but DC control channel can not change over to manual backup control channel. Generator current , reactive power, excitation current, excitation voltage of generator vibrate acutely when try to change over at initial stage , we reformed it and resolved the problem after theoretical analyze. Practice proved that it is very useful and reliability and it can be spreaded and applied in generator unit 2,3 and 4.
