本地市场与国际竞争:城市化动力的转变

摘    要:在分析国家宏观经济结构变化的基础上,提出本地市场正在成为决定城市发展乃至区域竞争力的主要动力.这一结论,改变了传统的以生产为动力的增长解释,将消费提升到同生产一样(甚至更重要)的地位.在此基础上,提出了以扩大内需为主的城市发展思路,并建议城市规划理论和技术应进行相应的调整.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the change of China's national economic structure, the paper proposes that local market is becoming the main motivation of urban development and regional competence. This argument has changed the traditional explanation that production is the motivation of development and regarded consumption as important as (or even more important) than production. Therefore, the paper puts forward encouraging domestic demand as a method for urban development and suggests relevant adaptation of urban planning theories and technologies.
