| 摘 要： | 研究并开发了回转窑机械运行状态监测诊断便携式系统，对系统的硬件及软件技术进行了详细的描述。该系统体积小、重量轻、操作简便、诊断与分析功能强，适用于生产现场对回转窑的机械运行状态进行监测诊断，并能提供最佳调窑参数，指导窑体调整，从而显著改善回转窑的机械运行状态。

| Abstract: | A portable system for monitoring and diagnosing mechanical running condition of rotary kiln has been studied and developed.Describes in detail the hardware and software techniques of the system.The system is small in size,light in weight,easy to operate,and with powerful diagnosis and analysis functions.It is suitable to monitor and diagnose the mechanical running condition of rotary kiln on the spot,and can supply the best adjustment parameters,direct the adjustment of rotary kiln,thus improve its running condition greatly. |
