摘    要:针对以高压天然气为主要气源的城市,为解决天然气日、时供需矛盾,其可行的储气方式通常是建设高压储罐或采用高压管道储气。储气方案优化研究就是对各方法进行技术经济分析,从而遴选出最优方案。此项工作的前提就是要较精确地计算出城市高压燃气管道的储气能力,而储气能力的计算精确度又与城市高压燃气管道动态模拟的准确性密切相关。为此,基于气体管流基本方程组、实际气体SHBWR状态方程、焓方程及城市高压燃气管道的初始和边界条件建立了静、动态数学模型,先后采用四阶龙格—库塔法及隐式有限差分法对静、动态数学模型进行了数值求解,并采用C++builder编制城市高压燃气管道模拟软件。针对西安市天然气所属的输配系统,研究确认,利用高压管道储气在技术上是可行的,在经济上是合理的。随着“西气东输”等工程的进展,在城市内利用高压管道代替高压储罐储气,将会节约巨大的投资和运行费用,并具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Aiming to the cities taking high-pressure gas as the major gas source, the feasible gas-storing style is usually to build high-pressure gas-storing tanks, or use high-pressure pipeline for gas storage to solve the contradiction of supply and demand timely. Optimization study on gas-sto ring programs is to conduct technical and economical analysis for different methods and select the optimum program. The prerequisite of the study is to calculate the gas-storing capac ity of the city's high-pressure pipeline accurately. And the calculation accuracy of gas-storing capacity is related to the accuracy of performance simulation for the city s high-pres sure pipeline. So, based on the basic equation group of gas conduit flow, the SHBWR state equations of real gas, the enthalpy equation, the initial and boundary conditions of the city s high-pressure pipeline, the static and dynamic mathe matical models are established. Four-order Runge-Kutta method and implicit finite difference method are used to re solve the static and dynamic mathematical models. Also, C + + builder is used to make the simulation software of the city s high-pressure pipeline. Aiming to the transmission and distribution system delivering gas to Xi an, the optimum gas-storing program is proposed. With program demonstra tion, it is verified that using high-pressure pipeline to store gas is feasible on technology and reasonable on economy. As "West-east gas transmission" engineering goes forward, it will save large investment and operation cost for China to substitute high pressure tanks with high-pressure pipeline in cities. So, the method will have bright application prospect.
