| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了带式输送机常用调心托辊的工作原理,对现有调心托辊在实际应用中存在的优缺点进行了详细分析,通过对各种不利因素进行改进,从而设计出一种新型调心托辊。该新型托辊已经在江铜集团部分矿山使用,实践结果表明,调心、强度、寿命等各种性能良好。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the theory of common used centring idler operation of belt conveyor,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of actual application of centring idler.Through improve the disadvantages to design a new mode centring idler.The new new mode centring idler has been used in some mines of Jiangxi Copper.From actual operation,the new mode centring idler's centring,strength,life and other performances is better. |
