摘    要:针对矿井内瓦斯环境下的蓄电池电机车,研制了一种直流斩波调速系统.该系统以ATmega16单片机为控制核心,采用电流瞬时值算法对无速度传感器直流电机进行转速控制.系统电源模块化,强弱电完全隔离,功率IGBT模块采用专用厚膜驱动模块驱动,提高了系统可靠性,减少了故障率,维修方便.具备完善的过压、欠压、短路保护、IGBT模块...

Abstract:Aimming at the electric battery mine locomotive in the environment containing methane under mine, a DC chopper speed control system is developed.The ATmega16 microcontroller is used as the system core, and to regulate the DC motor' s speed without speed sensor based on instantaneous value of current.The system power supply is modular and fully isolated,and the power IGBT modules are driven by special thick-film drivers, which improves system reliability,reduces failure rate,and is easy to maintain.It has pe...
