| 摘 要： | 邯钢麦尔兹活性石灰窑2#窑连续几天产出生烧活性灰，经全面细致分析，从7种可能产生生烧石灰的原因中，找出喷枪堵塞是造成本次生烧的主要原因。对症下药，及时采取疏通喷枪的办法解决了石灰生烧现象。保证了产灰质量的稳定。

| Abstract: | No.2 kiln of Maerz active lime kilns of hangang produced underburnt lime continuously for several days.After all-round careful analysis,it is found from the seven possible causes of underburnt lime that the main cause of the underburning is lance blocking.By suiting the remedy to this case,the blocking solving method for the lance is adopted timely to eliminate the underburnt lime phenomenon so as to ensure the quality stabilization of produced lime. |
