深部煤巷锚杆支护技术的研究与实践

摘    要:在分析深部高地应力巷道围岩变形与破坏特征,目前锚杆支护存在问题的基础上,提出高预应力、强力支护理论与锚杆支护设计准则;通过井下实测数据,分析深部矿井地应力分布特征;介绍强力锚杆支护系统,包括强力锚杆,强力钢带及强力锚索;最后,介绍高预应力、强力锚杆支护系统在新汶千米深井巷道中的应用情况,评价支护效果。井下试验表明,高预应力、强力锚杆支护系统能有效控制深部巷道强烈变形,保持围岩稳定。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of deformation and damage characteristics of deep roadway surrounding rock with high earth stress and current problem in bolting supporting, a theory of power supporting with high pre-stress and a bolting supporting design rule were put forward. Earth stress distribution characteristic of deep mines was analyzed with underground on-the-spot data. A power supporting system which included power bolting, power steel strip and power bolting rope was introduced. Application of power bolting system with high pre-stress in over 1000 m deep mine of Xinwen was introduced too. Underground test showed that this system can control large deformation of deep mine to keep stability of its surrounding rock.
