摘    要:在简述自分层涂料发展历程的基础上,介绍了其分层机理和理论预测方法,并总结了其配方设计、涂膜分层影响因素以及表征手段.以含氟聚合物为例,阐述了其在自分层涂料中的应用,并提出了自分层功能梯度涂层材料的发展方向.

Abstract:The development, stratification mechanism, prediction theories, formulation, the influencing factors of stratification and the methods of characterization of self-stratification coatings are introduced and summarized. Several fluorine-containing polymers and their applications in self-stratifying coatings are described, and the prospect of functionalized gradient materials is pointed.
