碳酸盐常温精脱硫催化剂的研究

摘    要:以ZnSO4.7H2O与NH4HCO3为原料,聚乙二醇-400为模板剂,经室温固相反应合成得到ZnCO3纳米晶体;以CuSO4.5H2O与NH4HCO3为原料合成了CuCO3;以合成的ZnCO3纳米晶体、CuCO3及市购的碱式碳酸锌为原料,采用混捏法或打片法制备了一系列以碳酸盐为活性组分的常温脱硫剂。对该脱硫剂与我公司现有的常温脱硫剂进行了性能比较。结果表明,在相同条件的合成气环境中,碳酸盐系列脱硫剂硫容优于现有氧化锌脱硫剂,且净化度相当。

Abstract:The nanometer crystal ZnCO3 is prepared by solid phase reaction under room temperature using ZnSO4 and NH4HCO3 as raw materials and polyethylene glycol-400 as forming agent.The CuCO3 is prepared by CuSO4·5H2O and NH4HCO3 as raw materials.A series of room temperature carbonate catalyst for removing sulfides are prepared by pugging or tabletting using the above-mentioned nanometer crystal ZnCO3,CuCO3 and basic zinc carbonate as raw materials.The performance comparison between the carbonate catalysts and the existing zinc oxide catalysts of our company is made;and the result shows that the sulfur capacity of the former catalysts is higher than that of the latter,and the degree of purification of the both catalysts is on a par under the same condition of the synthetic gas.
