摘    要: 研究了含疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(HAP)的O/W型乳状液的析水率和粒度分布,探讨了聚合物溶液/油体积比(V(HAP solution)/V(Oil))对乳状液稳定性的影响规律。采用扫描电镜和动态光散射仪分析了HAP溶液的形态。结合HAP对油-水界面张力、乳状液黏度以及增溶性影响的研究,探讨了HAP的乳化性能。结果表明,O/W乳状液中HAP的质量浓度越高,乳状液越稳定。当HAP质量浓度在1000 mg/L以下时,HAP能吸附在油-水界面上,降低油-水界面张力,体系中存在的单分子胶束对油具有一定的增溶效果,内部形成的空间网状结构对油滴的聚并产生空间位阻,使得乳状液稳定。当HAP质量浓度在1000 mg/L以上时,HAP在油-水界面形成紧密排列,油-水界面张力达到最低值,同时体系内部形成超分子的空间网络结构,产生更强的空间位阻;超分子的空间网络中形成的许多非极性腔体空间对油具有强的增溶能力,乳状液就更加稳定性。

Abstract:The water separation rate and the particle size distribution of the O/W emulsion containing hydrophobically associating polyacrylamid(HAP) were determined, and the effects of polymer solution to oil ratio (V(HAP solution)/V(Oil)) on the emulsion stability were studied. The microstructure of HAP solution was investigated by SEM and dynamic light scattering methods. According to the effects of HAP on the oil-water interfacial tension, viscosity and solubilization of the emulsion, the emulsification characteristics of HAP were discussed. The results indicated that the higher the mass concentration of HAP in O/W emulsion, the more stable the emulsion was. When the HAP mass concentration was less than 1000 mg/L, the oil-water interfacial tension in emulsion could be reduced and the space network structure resulting in spatial steric hindrance formed, which made the O/W emulsion stable. While the HAP mass concentration was more than 1000 mg/L, the water-oil interface tension in emulsion could be reduced to a minimum value and the supermolecular network structure in the system resulting in the stronger spatial steric hindrance formed, which made the O/W emulsion more stable, because there were much non-polar cavity spaces with strong oil solubilization capacity in the supermolecular network structure.
