重整装置的节能改造

摘    要:以一套0.60Mt/a连续重整装置节能改造为例,对重整装置能量消耗情况进行了综合分析,找出该装置能耗较高的原因,结合装置的扩能改造,提出节能改造的主要措施,使其能耗由改造前的5219MJ/t降低为4186MJ/t。

Abstract:Energy consumption of reforming unit has been comprehensively analyzed based on the 14 000 b/d CCR unit as example. Causes of higher energy consumption have been found out and main energy conservation measures have been proposed combined with the capacity expansion revamping of the unit. After revamping, energy consumption has been decreased from 5 219 MJ/t to 4 186 MJ/t.
