CHP-1型裂解催化剂的工业运转

摘    要:新开发的CHP-1型催化裂解催化剂经115天的工业运转,表明可直接用新鲜催化剂开车,高密度催化剂亦能满足流化要求,但应采用较高的温度来适应新催化剂的高活性。工业运行证实它具有良好的活性、选择性及水热稳定性。探讨了工业装置设计的工程问题。

Abstract:DOO(Deep Catalytic Cracking)is a new catalytic process for maximi- zing propylene and butylene production from vacuum gas oil.CHP-1 is a proprietary catalyst designed for DCC process.The DCC unit in Jinan Refinery is the first to commercially test the catalyst perfor- manee.100% fresh catalyst was used for starting up and catalyst equ- ilibrium h_t been reached after one month of operation,During four months of continuous test with severe reaction-regeneration operating conditions,it displayed excellent activity,olefin selectivity,fluidity and hydrothermal stability.CHP-1 catalyst has proven to be com- mercially successful.
