无刻蚀镀铁的工艺研究

摘    要:利用自制的不对称交-直流电源进行了无刻蚀镀铁工艺的改进,考察了各种工艺参数对镀层金相组织、厚度、硬度等的影响。实验结果表明,改进的无刻蚀镀铁工艺具有沉积速度快、镀层厚度均匀、硬度高、镀层与基体结合牢固、施镀温度低、成本低、无公害等优点,可广泛适用于机械零件的表面强化和修复。

Abstract:The technology of iron plating without pre-etching has been improved by using asymmetry AS-DC power supply and the influencing of the technical parameters on microstructure thickness hardness and so on hale been researched.The experimental results show that the iron plating without pre-etching have many merits such as quick deposition velocity well-proportional plating layer thickness high hardness,high joint strength between plating layer and matrix,low temperature in plating,low cost,no pollution and so on.So the technology can be widely used for the renovation and surface strengthening of machine parts.
