关于会计人员后续教育大课堂教学的思考

摘    要:面对企业会计人员后续教育培训量大,培训人数多,办班期数多,培训时间紧凑,培训师资不足的实际,开展大课堂教学是时下企业进行会计人员后续教育的有效途径。但也存在着教学方法单调、学员参与度低、学习动机弱化等不少课堂教学问题。如何化解上述难题,作者根据自身以往多年承担大课堂教学的经验,从培训教学的实际出发,从大课堂教学班级层次与规模的确定入手,分析了培训班级层次和班级规模的匹配确定因素,提出了优化大课堂教学的思考与策略。这些分析和策略为今后开展会计人员后续教育实施大课堂教学提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
