| 摘 要： | 灵活地运用虚拟仪器技术于监测记录仪的研发中，研制出一种基于虚拟仪器的人机界面友好的监测记录仪。该记录仪基于工业PC机平台，应用开源代码MySQL数据库存储数据信息，通过多线程技术实现数据采集存储，实时动态显示，实时监测，数据回放提取，系统组态，报表打印等多项功能。具有低成本，高精度，稳定及人机界面友好的优点。适用于振动，温度，压力等多种参量的监测记录。本文着重从系统的硬件配置和软件设计两个方面进行了详细阐述。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced Virtual instrument technology used in research and development of recorder.A new recorder was developed,which based on industry personal computer platform using MySQL database to store datum.It can implements many measurement and test functions via multithreading,such as data acquisition,data stortge,dynamic display,real-time monitoring,data review,configuration and report forms printing.Its chacracteristic includes low cost,high precision,high stability and friendly interface.It is widely suitable for matitoring and recording such parameters as vibration,temperature and pressure.Its hardware configuration and software design were discussed in detail. |
