| Abstract: | In order to adhere to advanced cultural direction in colleges and universities the most important task is to occupy firmly and persistently the cultural and ideological field,with Maxism. This paper discusses the strategical significance of the task and the task to train highly-qualified personnels by analyzing the fundamental responsibities of colleges and universities,the domestic and world situations and the impact of the situations on the responsibities. |
